Bon rapport qualité prix et bon emplacement Positive: Très bien connecté en transports en commun, quartier sympa, staff aidant, plutôt calme. Negative: Très petite chambre pour 3, un peu humide et difficile à chauffer. Bien pour dormir mais pas pour y rester en journée.

Rooms were comfortable and location was central, but communication from reception staff was lacking. Positive: The location was central to many tourist attractions and easily accessible via public transit. The room and bathroom was very clean and was as described. Negative: Since check-in is only available by appointment, I pre-arranged and confirmed a 4:00pm check when I booked a room. When we arrived at the hostel to store our luggage for the afternoon, we were told that the reception was to close at 3:00pm, so we would have to come back before to get our luggage. I asked the receptionist if we could just check in at 3:00 instead of 4, and she said that would be fine. After some sight seeing, we got back to the hostel at 2:50, but the receptionist informed us that our room would not be ready until 3:15. In the end, we waited until around 3:30 and the room was still not ready. By that time we were late to meet up with friends so we had to take our luggage with us until we returned later that evening. We were all very frustrated with this miscommunication and that a lot of time was wasted waiting to see if our room would be ready. I would have appreciated it if staff had let me know that my desired check-in time was not available so I could have planned my day accordingly. The only other complaint is that the bathrooms were not stocked with enough toilet paper, so we often had to go to other bathrooms on separate floors to find toilet paper.
