Simple Apartment in Kreuzberg

Negative: Das Appartement im Erdgeschoss war extrem dreckig und in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Wände, Vorhänge und Sofa sind fleckig. Eine Steckdose kommt aus der Wand raus. Es herrscht ein sehr unangenehmer/feuchter Geruch. Die Möbel und Geräte in der Küche sind klebrig und teilweise vergilbt. Für ein Hostel ist es gar nicht mal so günstig und für über 100€ die Nacht könnte man mindestens eine simple, saubere und gut erhaltene Wohnung erwarten. Wir haben uns (Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern) so unwohl gefühlt, dass wir die Unterkunft schnell wieder verlassen haben und uns kurzfristig was anderes gebucht haben. Für ein Party-Wochenende mit Freunden eventuell ok, wenn man nur ein Bett zum Schlafen braucht aber auf gar keinen Fall für Familien mit Kindern geeignet.

Positive: Short stay, but perfect. Everywhere we wanted to go was 20 minutes on foot or 10 with the U-bahn. We were a bit tight being 6 of us but it wasn't that much of a problem, the bunk beds were super comfortable (with a bigger one where a couple slept together comfortably) and the bathroom was huge so there were no problems with multiple people getting ready at the same time. If you are coming to Berlin to mainly party and hangout with friends this is perfect.
